Very unprofessional and rude. Still waiting on a number of promised callbacks from ages ago. Easier to contact sellers directly than to go through Sutherland Reay who will 'fob' you off and provide incorrect information. Would not deal with them in the future.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We are very sorry that you are not happy with the service you received during lockdown, unfortunately the office was closed and we were working on minimal staff from home and unable to offer viewings on any properties.
