Just can’t believe it!! We had our house valued and photographed yesterday and in less than 24 hours we have accepted an offer of the asking price...amazing. Amazing estate agents. I have sold 2 houses with them. They were very attentive, kind, helpful and they were particularly sensitive with the second sale which was down to a divorce. Their video tours are amazing as it cuts down the amount of people that need to physically view. They price the market just right and got the asking price for us both times (If I had gone with another agents valuation I would have lost £40k!!!!) I wouldn’t hesitate to use them as they are worth every single penny! A friendly, local and personal service.
