Hayley has been really proactive and supportive during a very laborious negotiation with solicitors in our chain. There were many points where we thought we wouldn’t get to our new property. Hayley always responded to queries quickly and with a great deal of knowledge and experience. On the move day she kept the pressure on the solicitors right up until completion and then delivered our keys with a bottle of champagne and a huge smile! We could not recommend the services of Curchods in New Haw more! When we were putting our house up for sale, the market was at its best. We wondered if we should even use the services of any estate agent, and if so, which one. We spoke with a few agents, and in the end we decided to go ahead with Curchods as they were recommended by our previous neighbours. Retrospectively, it was the best decisions we could have made. Firstly, they know the local area very well, and having this visibility and great network of potential buyers proved to be invaluable when we were putting the house on the market (twice!). First time, we had open day and sold it on the first day, second time we found a buyer within 2 weeks, which was a great result as we were in the middle of school holidays. Due to some complications with the first buyer (outside of Curchods control) we had the sale fall through but Townley and the team were there to quickly react and lead us on the journey again. To give you perspective on the speed, we spoke on Monday 9am about the buyer withdrawing and the same day in the afternoon we had a viewing arranged! Secondly, the process of buying / selling the house in UK is not easy and straightforward. The whole team at New Haw branch worked soooo hard during the last few months to help us with all the issues on the way. Instant communication and advice was invaluable. The whole process put their experience in the industry to the test, and they delivered with top marks! They care, understand and push when needed, On several occasions they went out of their way to help us to resolve the issues and make the exchange happen. Service and support provided was truly outstanding, and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. We are very happy that we didn’t try to sell our house ourselves! Nothing short of incredible. We saw a lot of properties with Curchods, they have a brilliant selection, all shapes and sizes and all budgets. I never thought we’d be lucky enough to buy from a prestige agency as Curchods but here we are, we’ve just moved in to our beautiful home and it’s all down to the hard work of the whole team at New Haw. Special mentions to Hayley, Townley and Kevin as without them we wouldn’t be as sane as we are now. Our first property fell through as the owners pulled it off the market but this didn’t perturb Hayley and team, they sprung into action to find us suitable properties to the one we thought was our forever home until we actually found one that was better.
