The staff at this office are second to none. Big shout out to Townley who went above and beyond (well beyond what you would expect) to get our sale completed. It is a long story of trying issues and we were living in the US at the time. Townley literally dealt with EVERYTHING for us and he didn’t have to. I would highly recommend this agency.

We found a property listed with Curchods New Haw and arranged a viewing with Townley the manager, we were made to feel very comfortable and that we were his client. The house was fantastic and we bought it and the follow up care throughout the process was fantastic. He even arranged a welcome gift when we moved in and went above and beyond in trying to sort out issues in the selling of our property. I just wish that I had sold my property through Townley and Curchods and not through the agents we used as all we were was a commision to them and not a client. To Curchods we were never to much trouble and they were fantastic. Unfortunately they found us our forever home but I know where my sons will be going when they need to get on the property ladder.

A couple weeks ago we met with the lovely and friendly Jason from Curchods to view a house with my fiance and after we put an offer down and it got accepted, the whole team have been so incredibly supportive to us ever since! We can't thank Jason, Hayley and Townley enough for all their helpful advice and guidance throughout this whole process, which we have never experienced before as first time buyers! But they have made it a very enjoyable and exciting adventure for us so far, which we are very thankful for as it can be a very scary and unnerving journey to undertake for the first time with not much knowledge. So for anyone looking at properties in the local area should 100% consider New Haw Curchod's as their estate agent due to their kind, patient, respectful and incredibly helpful team! 😊
