Curchods New Haw

Fantastic service from the first viewing to completion.

As a first time buyer I could not have picked a better Estate Agent than Curchods New Haw. From the very first viewing the staff were friendly, supportive and courteous. Once my offer had been accepted I received regular updates from the team and any queries I had were responded to promptly. It has been a pleasure to work with Nicole, Townley and Amanda during the purchase of my property and I would highly recommend them. Many thanks to you all.

Very attentive, prompt, efficient and helpful dealings with everyone.

Townley, Nicole and Amanda always gave us confidence in all aspects of our dealings with them. We could not have asked for a better or more attentive service from them.

Always efficient

I think the fact that the branch is quite small, adds to there being a personal and no-stress atmosphere. Everyone was really kind and helpful whenever I phoned or called into the branch. If I ever moved again I would definitely use Curchods.

Feedback on New Haw Curchods

Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. We dealt with Nicole, who was a pleasure to work with, always kept in touch and was calm and logical and very friendly - very good and trusted estate agent and would work with her and Curchods again

Amazing!!!

The whole team has been fantastic throughout the process and could not do enough to support me through the process. Thank you so much!

Townley and the team are professional and friendly

House Purchase

Good local knowledge and good communication in what was a plain sailing process

House Sale

Fantastic and friendly team and guided us through a difficult sale with ease and brilliance. Would not hesitate using Curchods again to sell or buy a house.

We were selling through Curchods New Haw and Graham and the team supported us and reassured us that all would be well. They embarked on bringing together buyers/sellers/chains/surveyors/solicitors and a sale was successfully achieved. Many thanks 🙂 …

Got a lot of help at the beginning of our sale by Townley with filling out the various forms required. We had a lot of viewings of our property, with plenty of feed back. Also took on board our concerns about our location and they informed the viewers of this so the viewings where not wasted.
