Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. We dealt with Nicole, who was a pleasure to work with, always kept in touch and was calm and logical and very friendly - very good and trusted estate agent and would work with her and Curchods again

After welcoming Townley Knott back to the New Haw office as Manager at the start of 2014, the office has gone from strength to strength. Townley comments “I have lived in the area my whole life and was a student at Fullbrook school many years ago. I joined Curchods in 2007 in the Woking office before transferring to New Haw in 2008 as negotiator. After 2 years I moved to the West Byfleet office before returning as manager in 2014. With an emphasis on customer relations I endeavour to provide the best possible service to both customers and clients alike. Being an independent agent, yet linked to the other Curchods offices, enables us to provide a service that is quite simply, second to none.” Curchods New Haw was recently awarded ‘Gold Winner’ for estate agent in West Byfleet and Addlestone at the British Property Awards 2023 – an independent industry award which focuses on customer service.
