Starkings & Watson recently helped sell my home on Queens Hills. I was presented with a great market analysis in my first meeting with Chris as he displayed a comparison of properties in the local area which gave me a great insight into what I could expect, they’d really done their homework and this was before my business was confirmed. Starkings and Watson then organised the pictures which were done to the highest quality and even a virtual tour allowing potential buyers to get a real taste of the property. Samual and his team in the Costessey office then took over and dealt with the marketing and viewings. The team were incredibly professional and communicated with me throughout this part of the sale. Nothing was to much trouble. Once I had agreed a sale I was passed over to Will who again was very professional and kept a constant line of communication between both sets of solicitors and the buyers.
