They have taken, what felt like a personal responsibility, to handle our journey. David, was fantastic and patient to catalogue our home, and very knowledgeable. We've had constant contact with Connor and Samuel, they've been a great support, we can't fault them. They've given the best service from an estate agent by a country mile.

Efficient and realistic, no nonsense approach. I had David Hawkes pop over to give me a valuation of my property to conduct a valuation based on a few different criteria. During the site visit we explored many options around valuation regarding the purchase of additional land, property extension, renovation and grounds work. A report was swiftly send across covering everything we spoke about and the guide prices that they would be wanting to place on the market. Comparing this experience and the prices suggested, it was clear David wasn't trying to wow me with high price estimates and flashy presentation, and was very real in his opinions and the impacts of renovation and land purchase on the property value. I'll certainly be using there services again in the future.
