Edit: 7th November, 2023. Selling 2023 So, if you read my review below, you'll see what SW are like for the buyer of a property they are selling. This review is of the other side of the transaction, the seller. I knew I would use SW from the outset of deciding to sell my forever home due to losing my wife to cancer. The 3 storey home we bought was just too big for me on my own, so, with some trepidation, I got in touch with Sam, the same guy I spoke with when we bought the place. I was impressed he actually remembered me to start with, he made me feel completely comfortable, in control and offered as much or as little guidance as I needed. I soon had a photographer visit me with their amazing camera (a Giraffe camera I think) which took stunning pictures of my home and outside, an appraisal followed, and the care they took when moving around my home with things like shoes off and just generally taking care was very impressive and welcome as most of the stuff in there was new. I would also like to mention Sam, Connor, Daniel and Natalie in sales progression for their help, their professionalism and their support during this difficult time. It could have been a terrible time for me personally, they all helped to ensure it went smoothly and as stress free as possible. 10 out of 10 for the whole kit and kaboodle. Amazing! Thanks guys, I really appreciated your help and understanding. Buying 2021 I cannot rate Starkings and Watson highly enough. From the very first visit to the property we wanted to buy until completion, Starkings and Watson have been just amazing. I will mention at this point, Starkings and Watson are my sellers estate agent, not my estate agent. That hasn't stopped them from keeping me up to date with everything that's going on even though they didn't need to. I still don't know what a hybrid estate agent is, but I do know Starkings and Watson will be my estate agent if I sell again. I have to give extra special mentions to Melissa at the Poringland office and Samuel at the Costessey office, they have both really impressed and amazed me with their attention to detail and their openness and honesty. I suppose I will need to re-evaluate my opinions now that all estate agents are like second hand car salesmen (sorry car salesmen). Keep up the good work guys, you deserve a huge pat on you collective backs.
