The viewings with Millie were professional and the agency stuck to our wishes to communicate mainly via email (something other agencies tend to not understand). During the purchase process Samuel, Clare and Sarah were very helpful.

After an unpleasant and stressful experience with a different estate agent, we used Starkings and Watson. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area for selling, or buying. They made the selling process pleasant for us (even when there were some bumps which was entirely due to the buyers poor choice of solicitor). The photos taken were of a professional level and having the virtual tour available for prospective buyers was a bonus. Connor was fantastic and professional when handling the viewings and discussing any feedback, Sam was superb from the very start and throughout, from communication for updates, he was particularly great when there was a huge lack of communication or information from our buyers solicitors. Will was also very helpful with the sales progression. An extremely professional, polite warm and friendly team, honestly wish we had used them from the very start.

After dealing with a few other real estate agents in Norwich in the past, I have no hesitation in leaving Starkings & Watson a FIVE STAR review. Sam and Will in particular were extremely helpful throughout the process and accommodated many of our requests with short notice. Their knowledge and professionalism made the sale very smooth and a pleasant experience for everyone involved which otherwise could have been a stressful undertaking.

Millie was on time (even early!) and she really showed us the property, told us all about it and was really helpful. I've looked at other houses with other agents and they have just left us on our own to walk round. Some people prefer that so they can look at a house and decide for themselves but I like to feel like I'm actually being sold the house not just shown into a strangers home!
