Very friendly, helpful people.
Dawsons have let two properties for me for several years and have always found lovely tenants for me. I love the friendly staff, particularly Gemma, Rhodri, and Tracy who are always cheerful and helpful.

Fantastic service - professional, helpful and nothing is too much
I have been renting properties with Dawsons for around 5 years and I simply cannot compliment them enough on the service they provide. They are always so helpful, particularly Tracy and Tom. One thing I particularly like is the fact that they are very transparent so you know what you are getting and it makes you feel safe/secure when renting. On a number of occasions I have needed something very quickly and I felt as though all hands were on deck to help find a solution and exactly what I needed. So, thank you so much to the team in Mumbles...... In my opinion, you stand out from anyone else :-)

Sammantha James- super!
My experience with Dawson's in Mumbles and with Sammantha in particular has been excellent.. She does her job superbly, and really listened to what I wanted.. She showed me around several excellent properties and was efficient of all aspects while drawing up the tenancy agreement! Well done to her and the whole team- I would thoroughly recommend if you plan on moving to this beautiful place.

Landlord review
I have rented my property out through Dawsons for three years. My reason for choosing Dawsons was because of their marketing reach and their strong presence in the area. This has ensured that I haveI secured tenants promptly and that gaps between tenancies have been limited to a maximum of three weeks. I have found Dawsons offers an excellent customer service from setting up of the tenancy through to management and closure of tenancy. They have been flexible to respond to my specific requirements and have offered me sound and prompt advice throughout on things like what to upgrade, what not to waste money on, repairs etc. As I don't live in the area it has been important for me to know that the property is in good hands.

Excellent Service, always with a smile!
After purchasing a flat to let, I went to Dawson's to seek advice. Thankfully Tracy Kloet was in the office. She helped me through the whole process offering sensibly advice and opinions. She then found me the tenant from Heaven! I had no hesitation recommending her to my close friend, who had also recently purchased a property to let. Well done Tracey and thank you.

Friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgable and proactive.
Samantha proved herself to be an efficient professional agent who supported the successful completion of a rental deal for a property that fulfils so much of my initial search criteria and more. It took a while to find the one property that I really wanted and suited the requirements of my demanding and exacting daughters. Samantha helped in a courteous, knowledgable and proactive manner, to help secure the property I was aiming to get. I would not hesitate in recommending dealing with the letting team in the mumbles Branch of Dawsons, who kindly offered me coffee and a chocolate during the signing process and would definitely seek Samantha's help again if I were to once again look to rent. A Great Service !
This was the first time I had bought a flat to let, so was at a loss on how best to find a good tenant.. But, luckily, a good friend recommended Tracy at Dawsons in Mumbles. And I was really glad she did ! From initial valuation, through to finding me the perfect tenant - Tracy was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone else who might find themselves in a similar position. Thank you Dawsons - and thank you Tracy !

Proficient and Professional!
It was a big decision to make when we decided to give up letting out our lovely holiday cottage to holiday visitors as we have had the same visitors return year after year enjoying the tranquility of 'Hoarstone' and the beautiful Gower surroundings however, holiday letting had become very hard work for us and we felt we needed a change of direction. And so, we decided to look for a long term tenant and having sounded out a number of Lettings Agents decided upon Dawsons at Mumbles. Rhodri and Sammantha gave us wonderful service with emails and phone calls keeping us updated of viewings and feedback.......then they found Simon! We couldnt wish for a nicer tenant! Thank you SO much to all at Dawsons who helped find us the perfect long term tenant. We are truly thrilled to bits!
