Dawsons have let two properties for me for several years and have always found lovely tenants for me. I love the friendly staff, particularly Gemma, Rhodri, and Tracy who are always cheerful and helpful.
I have been renting properties with Dawsons for around 5 years and I simply cannot compliment them enough on the service they provide. They are always so helpful, particularly Tracy and Tom. One thing I particularly like is the fact that they are very transparent so you know what you are getting and it makes you feel safe/secure when renting. I have rented my property out through Dawsons for three years. My reason for choosing Dawsons was because of their marketing reach and their strong presence in the area. This has ensured that I haveI secured tenants promptly and that gaps between tenancies have been limited to a maximum of three weeks. I have found Dawsons offers an excellent customer service from setting up of the tenancy through to management and closure of tenancy. They have been flexible to respond to my specific requirements and have offered me sound and prompt advice throughout on things like what to upgrade, what not to waste money on, repairs etc. As I don't live in the area it has been important for me to know that the property is in good hands.

Samantha proved herself to be an efficient professional agent who supported the successful completion of a rental deal for a property that fulfils so much of my initial search criteria and more. It took a while to find the one property that I really wanted and suited the requirements of my demanding and exacting daughters. It was a big decision to make when we decided to give up letting out our lovely holiday cottage to holiday visitors as we have had the same visitors return year after year enjoying the tranquility of 'Hoarstone' and the beautiful Gower surroundings however, holiday letting had become very hard work for us and we felt we needed a change of direction.
