In March this year we decided to put our property on the market as the mortgage was due for repayment in November. At that time we had to move out our tenants which Dawsons Rental assisted us with. The property was placed on the market on 21 March. At the beginning of May we were informed that a buyer had come forward and that there was no problem with his status and a mortgage would be no problem. However after months of buyer generated hassle they pulled out. We were now in August. The property went back on the market and a second purchaser came forward. After more than 2 months the deal has finally been done and the completion of the sale has now happened. During this long drawn out period Dawsons sales staff have been terrific and have kept us informed at every stage and chased up the buyer when required. Selling a house in 2015 was to say the least quite stressful and we are glad that it is finally over. Thanks again Dawsons. In particular Tracy, Andrea and Caroline.
