In what was a difficult and challenging year for everyone, we decided to sell our house and move. We eventually found a beautiful house which was on the market with manning Stainton, and we were lucky enough to be allocated Carol Hartley as our move manager who would facilitate the progression of the sale. I’ll be the first to admit I’m not an easy customer to deal with, but carol was exceptional, patient, and caring. She appreciated that in order to sell our house we needed to move into temporary accommodation for 6 weeks over Xmas and the new year, which for a young family of 4 to be stuck in a flat for so long was challenging, but carol came to the rescue, and did everything humanly possible to progress the purchase with haste ensuring that both the seller and myself were content at all times. Carol was very responsive and quick to sort out any issues. I want to thank her very much for all her hard work and effort in getting our purchase through in a timely and efficient manner.
