I previously looked at agents with no selling fee's, but these costs have been worth the service provided, and are competitive too - the photo quality of the house pictures was a high standard when it was placed on the market too (thanks Andrew!). Leah has been regularly checking in with me whilst I worked through some personal details before getting the house on the market. She is always professional, enthusiastic and willing to help - from courtesy calls to scanning and sending me documents from the office whilst I don't have access to a printer. Fingers crossed for a straight forward sale as it progresses but I would highly recommend MS, Morley & Leah with the service received so far. Thank you :)
