I was extremely pleased with the excellent service I received from EweMove. I live 100 miles from the property that I was selling and Ewe Move's business model made it easy for me. Their business model doesn't involve a shop presence. Instead what I experienced was they have local agents who stay in contact with their customers through WhasApp which my agent, Steph, who lives locally, made effective use of by keeping me up to date promptly and frequently. I found this most helpful and effective. Because Steph knows the area well she gave me useful contacts which enabled me promptly to sort a damp issue and get the property decorated. Therefore I was able quickly to put my property up for sale. Steph/EweMove know the local property market well and Steph soon organized group viewings of my property. I got several good offers really fast. it was great Steph knew where the buyers were at til completion of sale and communicated that to me if relevant. I found Steph approachable. Thus I was able to ask her on one occasion to check my property concerning some fact my solicitor wanted. The local decorator contact also helped me by getting an unwanted freezer out of the house. I am very appreciative how all these contributions took the stress out of selling my property. Out of the seven properties I've bought and sold over the years EweMove was easily the best experience I've had of an estate agent.
