I was nervous about buying a new home, as my previous dealings with estate agents hadn't been great, many of them being dishonest and bending the rules to increase the bids, and creating a bidding war, however Matthew was professional from the start and his demeanor and approach clearly showed the integrity he upholds, and as a buyer this was invaluable. Matthew has been extremely professional during the whole house selling process. I wanted a single point of contact and that is exactly what I got (not passed around an office and then promises to get ‘someone’ to ring you back, as with other agents).
