It was down to Max that I actually considered my sale as he such a professional and is not pushy at all and he helped me realise the positive market values to date. He is so knowledgeable about the ongoing market. Then Darren came to value the house and again I was really impressed with his service. Becky from Moreton branch not only dealt with the communication re my sale but went above and beyond by helping me with the after sales. Though we didn't actually sell our property through Karl Tatler, they supported us every step of the way, keeping us informed and advised. Our own estate agents, by contrast, were astonishingly uninformative, rarely returning calls or volunteering info. There was once a 48-hour delay in passing an important message from our buyers, for instance. Now I'm not so naive that I don't realise that the fact that three of the four sellers in our chain were represented by KT made an open and accessible relationship a benefit to all, they were unfailingly friendly, frank and, most important, available.
