It’s easy to see why Karl Tatler is the number one estate agents in north Wirral if my experience with their Moreton office reflects their overall company performance. Ably led by Elyse and with a super agent like Becky and her backup team they communicated well and delivered a house sale within the timeframe I had stipulated despite a sluggish market and rising mortgage rates. Their communication with everything from presale details, pricing, viewing, closing and post sale details was excellent, clear and always timely. I particularly enjoyed Becky’s detailed feedback from viewings and her efforts when we had multiple purchasers offering at the same time. Highly recommended.
