Max and Hannah are amazing. Managed to sell my mums house in weeks and the whole process has only taken 7 weeks! From me panicking about it now the new owner collecting the keys this Friday. Big shout to Sarah as well as the go between with the solicitors. Stellar job team.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communicated well throughout selling process, and provided designated Staff dealing with each stage, who provided advice, and dealt with Purchaser directly once sale agreed. Property was marketed extensively very quickly, and viewings were managed on our behalf. Feedback provided after each viewing.

Very helpful and curtious. I have been kept very well informed every step of the way. Always able to talk to someone with any queries, either right away or have been contacted very quickly.

Average for area where Estate Agents are P.Poor. Coming from the south east, I couldn't believe how poor are the Estate Agents on the Wirral. They showed lots of people around, but the story they told was appallingly amateurish. No research nor effort put in. Photography was equally poor. No attempt to "see" what they were looking at. They were quite happy to take pictures with inappropriate objects in them. Surely, a professional estate agent removes bags full of rubbish awaiting collection? Surely, a professional Estate Agent requests cars, caravans, trailers are removed to show size of parking area and frontage of buildings? And, astoundingly, surely a professional Estate Agents who describes themselves as being so excellent, doesn't photograph cluttered rooms which haven't been cleared after the previous owner has passed away? In the south east, any Estate Agents will give guidance on presentation of a property. Karl Tatler were rubbish. Maybe that's why they were happy to include rubbish awaiting collection in their photographs. Efforts to sell the property, other than second rate viewings, didn't impress me. They actually throw potential buyers out of their office BEFORE their office closing time! And, whereas down here, closing time down here is 8pm, Karl Tatler (and other local Estate Agents) only open 9-5. Completely amateurish. Karl Tatler are massively over-priced, and do not offer the very high standard of service they proclaim. I am pleased I gave them the elbow.

Not the biggest fan of this place, agent kept saying ‘don’t know’ to the questions I was asking about a property I viewed last week. Said they would need to check the website? Not knowledge enough and couldn’t answer anything.
