I couldn't recommend 'Ildi' at Fine and Country Uppingham enough. She was on top of everything throughout my house search and purchase. Always with positive intent, even at the tricky moments. Ildi also supported with a known solicitor and between us we got the house sale complete in well under two months.. I'd add I wouldn't have found the house without Ildi's persuasion as it wasn't what I had requested but she clearly knew me well enough to suggest I look. Well she was right and its the perfect house. In a tough climate the whole process was enjoyable. You don't say that too often when buying a house!

Alex from MS has been particularly helpful over the past few days (he’s always helpful and efficient by the way), but as a landlord, I find the admin is always tedious. Alex stepped up and sourced all the information that I needed and delivered the next working day !
