If you rent from Manning Stainton in Leeds, make sure Alex is your property manager. He is efficient and knowledgeable, but more importantly kind and brings the human quality back to faceless letting agencies.

We are tenants through Manning Stainton and have had the fantastic help of Katie as our property manager. We were having problems with damp and mould so Katie arranged for a damp inspection which lead to damp-proofing work, re plastering, redecorating the whole room and a brand new wardrobe (of our choice!).
