Manning Stainton - Moortown Lettings

My husband and I have had a nightmare for the past few months looking for a bungalow. The teams at Kart Tatler have been outstanding doing everything possible to help. One very special young lady Rebecca in the Morton office stands out, she has helped so much supporting us, nothing is to much trouble. Everytime I have called which has been alot, she has always been so helpful. And supporting. We highly recommend Kart Tatler to everyone 100% Wonderful service

From the minute we instructed Karl Tatler Moreton to sell our house, Rebecca has shown the highest standards of professionalism. She has kept us fully informed and has such a personable manner. She worked hard to distribute our house details which led to viewings and an offer on the first weekend it went to sale. We highly recommend this Estate Agent and in particular Rebecca.

Though we didn't actually sell our property through Karl Tatler, they supported us every step of the way, keeping us informed and advised. Our own estate agents, by contrast, were astonishingly uninformative, rarely returning calls or volunteering info. There was once a 48-hour delay in passing an important message from our buyers, for instance. Now I'm not so naive that I don't realise that the fact that three of the four sellers in our chain were represented by KT made an open and accessible relationship a benefit to all, they were unfailingly friendly, frank and, most important, available.

Max and the team were absolutely fabulous. Very quick, speedy and efficient in all matters. They were clearly keen to impress with great customer service both for sales and rentals. They are by far the best estate agents I have dealt with in the last 10 years! Highly recommended.

Really helpful and professional while being friendly and approachable.

Fantastic Service, they’ve truly been a delight to deal with. Every question answered quickly and always happy to talk through any queries.

Terrific service in re-letting our property from start to finish. Quickly re-listed and let 2 months before our current tenants move out. Great job John Sheader and team-true professionals.

I would personally like to thank Bobbie Brockbank who has been dealing with the end of tenancy for one of our flats, the whole experience was very professional and I was impressive by the swiftness of responses we were given, sadly something that you rarely see in this climate. Many thanks once again.
