We have had fantastic support from Adam Kemp in managing our properties - he is always easy to get hold of, super responsive and nothing is too much trouble. Really appreciate all the help he has given us and our tenants.

We have found Adam and the team at Manning Staintons Letting department extremely helpful and efficient especially most recently when dealing with a problem with our boiler. They contacted the engineers who attended within 30 minutes and resolved the issue. Great service.

We have let our property with Manning Stainton for a couple of years and the service level has been consistently high. We like the fact that we are allocated a property manager as you know exactly where to direct any enquiries. Our property manager, Bobbie Brockbank, is extremely efficient and responds promptly to any messages or emails; it's so refreshing to have someone so proactive overseeing our property. Thanks again Bobbie!

Another year of excellent service from Manning Stainton Lettings who have dealt with every aspect of finding and dealing with my tenants and looking after my property in Horsforth. The whole team are fantastic but Bobby deserves a special mention as she takes personal responsibility for managing my property. Bobbie is absolutely brilliant, a pleasure to deal with, super efficient, courteous, friendly, organised and very proactive. I don’t live in Leeds and often abroad. Bobbie and the team have managed the property for over a year and the tenants and I are happy with the service. Bobby keeps me informed if there are any issues and always shows initiative. Thank you BobbIe and all at Mannings Stainton Lettings Moortown in Leeds. It gives me peace of mind having you mange my property. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Manning Stainton is the best letting agency I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents, especially Catherine Downs. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Catherine is absolutely wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.
