Overall very thorough, informative, pro active and considerate. I only had one occasion to comment adversly and that was dealt with efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. A fresh approach and always helpful and cheerful. I have already recommended PB to friends and neighbours.

We contacted Preston Baker in a sense to challenge their publicity claims and we are so glad we did. We had 3 viewings within two days of our first discussion and valuation and our house sold within two weeks for the asking price - what more could you want!

I would certainly choose them again !! I will have no doubts to recommend them to family and friends .. Communication has been excellent ... My only disappointment has been with Preston Bakers recommended solicitor ...... There errors and administrative changes have made my house sale take too long .. I was guided by Preston Baker as I wanted d a quick chain free completion ... what could have been achieved in about 28 days is now running into 8 weeks ... A little frustrated and disappointed . And still not completed yet ... is this the right time to request a review ???

We must have viewed so many properties through Preston Baker Estate Agents, unfortunately we didn't buy one with them but every time we visited a property we were welcomed by warm, smiling individuals who wanted to help, made an effort and helped with the whole viewing experience when sometimes it was the last thing you wanted to do on a Saturday afternoon. Chris Clegg and Anne were lovely and made a real effort to get to know us and the boys. So keep up the good work.

Initially a very good experience, however once the sale was made, very little contact was received. Also, I never received a hard copy of the brochure of my house, and although I identified errors in the brochure, they were not amended. I cannot fault the day of viewings, it went very well and I left the agent in charge of showing potential buyers around the property. I was also informed that my property would be included in a 'video email' which either was not done or I just didn't receive a copy. Overall I was happy with Preston Baker, however a few changes would have made it a better experience. Also, this is the first time I have been asked for feedback, and I moved over 4 months ago.

After noticing Preston Baker had sold a few houses on our street, I decided to give them a call. The focus of my enquiry was to get an evaluation on my house, as we may look to sell in the near future. I asked for a estimated value of the current state and if we were to develop our loft onto a room. I figured Preston Baker would be the best to give us this information, as they know the street well. Julie, who was a very experienced member of the team came to our house and was really lovely, warm, knowledgeable and informative. Whilst acknowledging the positive initial experience, I have been very disappointed with the follow-up. Julie attended in early July and said she would send a report to me outlining the valuation(s). Nearly 4 months later, I'm still awaiting this. I have contacted the company multiple times and confirmed my email address, although they have been polite and acknowledged the issue, I am still awaiting the report. If I'm honest, it has influenced my trust in the company.
