Great dealing with Preston Baker. We had them in to value our house and talk through the options of selling or buy to let. From the onset they were very professional and friendly. Uppermost in their mind was what was right for us and we did not feel under any pressure throughout our experience with them. Claire who provided the quote was very realistic and Shaun's financial assessment really helped us to weigh things up. Although we did not go ahead and sell we would certainly use Preston Baker again on the back of this experience.
