Absolutely superb! From the get go the team at Trust have been outstanding! Siobhan did our viewings for us, we had 12 all together and 8 offers put in!!! I knew my house would sell but from the help of Siobhan it sold in under 1 week! Olivia is an angel! Anything you need answering or unsure of she will do her upmost to help and solve any problems. The team is literally a phone call/email away and they will always get back to you. Professional but down to earth which i think that’s what makes them 5*! We sold our house with Trust and they were immense from the initial valuation right up until completion. We had our house valued by all the local estate agents but felt Siobhan from Trust was the most genuine, realistic and friendly estate agent. A lot of the others came in with a big sales pitch and treated it more like a business transaction rather than selling our beloved family home. Siobhan also had the most knowledge of the local area compared to the other agents. We instructed Trust, who went above and beyond answering any queries and reassuring us when required. Trust sent a professional photographer to take photos of the house, who highlighted all the space and the best features. We were so pleased with the advert, as it was far superior to what we expected! The team advised which buyers were most serious and helped us filter through the offers. They always kept us updated without us having to chase anything. Once the sale was going through, Olivia was superb in ensuring the buyer's solicitor was on the ball, chasing them whenever things got a bit slow. I would highly recommend Trust to anyone who is looking to sell their house. They are professional, friendly and get the job done. We didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at any point.
