Siobhan and Paul delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish, making what can be a stressful process seamless.Siobhan came to value the house within a couple of days of us choosing them, giving us great insight into the current market. We’d had another conversation with an additional estate agent but the market research didn’t seem as robust. The fees were also extremely reasonable so it was an easy decision for us to proceed with Trust. The photos taken were fantastic, so much so that we had 16 viewings booked in within 48 hours of being on Rightmove. Fantastic service! Siobhan was never too busy to take your call - week day or weekend - and it was a nice change to deal with one consistent person throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt too much trouble and the process was as quick as she could make it, which even helped save us some pennies with stamp duty. It didn't make a difference in the slightest that she was not local - better than anyone who was!
