Professional service and highly recommended

To start I am not from UK and i don't write reviews , but i thought i need to do so , since i had spent wounder full years with my wife and kids in one of their rented properties in Broughton-Milton Keynes, Many thanks to Vic and Guti for their professional service and support during my three years stay . Their office might be small, however the team working their are highly skilled and provided exceptional service and responded directly to all my concerns, they performed better than other big names agent which i have contacted before knowing about Milton & Wards. I am from Saudi Arabia and i was told by other friends that letting agencies will always try to charge you money and only care about the landlord., They were wrong, this was a very honest and trustworthy relationship. Milton & Wards always helped me in all my issues and I was issued full deposit except for the early termination fees. I highly recommend Milton and Wards,

No Care for Tenants and Fail to Respond to Complaint

Agent has been sitting on my complaint since November. I was renting a property from them that unknown to me was structurally unstable damp and has no heating. The agents response to this was full of excuses and always avoided the answer to the question. I am now taking the Landlord to court as a result of the agents blatant disregard of the complaint. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned.
