I’ve been working with Houseman Properties since 2016, and honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I originally chose them because of their unique combination of property management expertise and expert property legal knowledge and they’ve more than lived up to that. Raphael and Emma are incredibly professional, honest, and reliable. Communication has always been clear and timely, and they’ve consistently made life easier for me as a landlord. Whether it was dealing quickly with tenant issues or more recently helping to navigate the sale of my property, they’ve handled everything smoothly and with integrity. It’s rare to say this about an estate agent, but I truly trust them. If you’re looking for someone to manage your property or guide you through a sale, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Houseman Properties. A brilliant team who you can trust.
