When I decided to move house 18 months ago, Mark & Tracy of Bailey and Bryant were the people highly recommended to me and they lived up to my expectations. After an absolutely horrendous time trying to sell our house through a different estate agent, Tracey and Mark really stepped up after our house sale fell apart through no fault of our own. They took our problem on as their own, were sympathetic, patient and came up with a plan which actually came to fruition, we finally moved house last week 18 months after first putting our house on the market. They are amazing and really have gone above and beyond. A special mention should also go to Lisa in the branch who kept in touch with us every step of the way and progressed the sale/purchase quickly and efficiently.
