We bought our house through Your Move Bailey & Bryant & they were excellent. We had a very long, stressful & emotional journey with selling & buying our house. The whole thing took almost 2 & a half years, houses we were buying falling through at the last minute at crucial times in our lives & it was a horrible time for us. The original house we were buying was also through Your Move & so they knew our situation well, were sympathetic to what we had been through & I built up a bit of a relationship with members of the team. Tracey & Mark we’re amazing at helping us secure the house we finally moved to & it was definitely where we are meant to be. We love it. Lisa, all I can say is she was invaluable. Even though I didn’t meet her face to face I felt we had been through such a journey & she went above & beyond to help me. The process of buying the house was down to the wire on the day & after everything we had been through this was very emotional. Without Lisa’s help & both of us working together to make it happen I don’t think it would have. I cannot thank them enough & I love our new home.
