Your Move

He was very helpful . Thank you very much

Bailey and Bryant marketed our family home. They were very considerate of our Mum's feelings, who had lived there for 60 years, building many memories with us all. They recommended a sensible valuation with the caviat of accepting offers 'over' that value and they agreed a fair commission rate. Mark was very personable and took some beautiful photographs of the house. Tracey was also excellent at negotiating. The whole team kept us informed and updated as and when they were able. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.

We recently used Your Move Bailey & Bryant to sell our house and could not recommend them highly enough. Mark and Tracey were both warm and friendly whilst also incredibly professional and made us feel supported throughout the listing and selling process. Lisa was also incredibly helpful with assisting us with the admin of selling having never sold a property before. Brilliant estate agents!

We had a fantastic experience with Your Move from start to finish. Tracey and Mark were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and well managed. Their expertise really showed when selling our property. At the same time, they helped us purchase our new home, making the whole move feel like a great outcome on both sides. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. A reliable, approachable, and highly capable team.

Great experience using Your Move Bailey & Bryant to sell my house. The attention to detail and care put forward during the valuation really stood out, and following instruction to proceed they acted promptly and professionally to get my home on the market. Really impressed with how my property appeared on the listing and the marketing overall. A sale was agreed (offer accepted, sale still in progress) within days of my house going on the market, with the first viewer putting an offer in! Would highly recommend if looking to use an estate agent in the Midsomer Norton area.

I would 100% recommend. Really professional and helpful and a great result in a much shorter timeframe than expected.

Needed something urgent and Bethany was very understanding and helpful. Excellent customer service.

I really want to thank DB Roberts especially the staffs in Oakengates, they have been so wonderful and respectful since we moved into our home. Thank you specifically to Bethany,Alison and the rest of the staffs in Oakengates, it has really been an awesome journey with you all. I recently had Allison on an inspection and it's always lovely to have her around and she interacts so well with my children. Thank you Allison for all your help thus far and also to Nicole, your visit last year was incredible as well. Bless you both xxx

I have worked with DB Roberts Lettings for many years. They have always displayed unmatched professionalism and taken a proactive approach to managing my tenancy, helping me immensely to stay on top of any letting issues that have arisen. I have been particularly impressed with both Lisa Edwards and Nicole Stiller. They never wait for a problem to escalate; whether it’s providing detailed property reports, mediating tenant issues, or navigating complex maintenance, their communication is meticulous. Any delay in rent is addressed immediately, and payments are always processed very quickly. They have a remarkable ability to manage contractors and resolve issues efficiently. I truly feel that they have proven time and again to have my best interests at heart. My rental property is in safe hands, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
