Ryder and Dutton were absolutely amazing from start to finish when I sold my house recently. From the organising of the viewings, to the chasing of paperwork and legal requirements I could not have asked for more. A first sale fell through due to a change in mind of a buyer and Richard was on the case straight away and within a few weeks I had a new buyer which completed in a really good timescale. I seriously think they are worth every penny of their fees.

Our grandma chose Ryder and Dutton to sell her house as they had sold a number of other properties on her street. They arranged block viewings to cause her minimal upheaval and generate interest and were generally proactive in trying to attract a buyer. In my opinion they really came into their own when a sale was agreed, Lisa our sales negotiator was outstanding. She chased the solicitors in all parts of the chain on a weekly basis and couldn’t have been more helpful in progressing the sale and keeping us up to speed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them on her service alone - there may be cheeper ways to sell tour house but you really do get what you pay for.
