The process from the beginning, through the viewings up to the point of appointing a buyer was first class. Through no fault of the agent the process after that was a fairly complicated one and Lisa was a great assistance to us during that. We appreciated her support, empathy and the ability to have a laugh with us. Getting this all done and dusted during a lockdown wasn't easy so we were very glad of the help.
