First time selling, we chose Ryder & Dutton for two reasons the first was we purchased our property from them over 10 years ago and they were brilliant then, the second was the great reviews here. They are a little more expensive than other local agents and online agents but are by far worth every penny. After the initial valuation by Jake we were given all the information and he recommended an open viewing, pictures were promptly taken, the brochure was created and was excellent both online and glossy paper version. I was initially expecting all our interest to come from rightmove. Yes it was on rightmove but Ryder & Dutton's marketing list is large and we had a number of viewings the same day it went online (it takes a couple of days from listing to get live on rightmove). Their online marketing is brilliant. I as a seller could log in and keep track of the confirmed viewings. We where being looked after by Callum who was very professional and great at communicating with us at every steps of the way. We opted to leave them to manage the viewings and after an open house we had multiple offers and the property sold. Callum and Jake then kept me and my buyer up to date and we were in contact at least once a week. They also remained operational during COVID19 working from home and kept us informed throughout these unusual times. Even with everything going on communication was very prompt. It is clear their use of modern technology has kept them a step above the rest.

Our first purchase via Ryder & Dutton, process was a bit tedious and dragged out a bit , which is understandable for any property purchase/transaction.
