Very satisfied with the service provided by staff at Ryder & Dutton. I was guided through the sale of my property and kept informed through every step. Holly was initially looking after the file and later Oliver took over when Holly moved to a different branch. Both were competent and friendly throughout. I also appreciated the fact the file was kept right up to date at all times so that if either were not in the office when I rang with a query another member of staff was able to refer to the file and perhaps help; if not a message was always passed on so that my query could be answered quickly. This kind of efficiency and competency in a busy environment earns my respect. Can certainly recommend.

After 34 years in our property, we weren't looking forward to going through the house selling/buying process but Lisa and the team at Ryder and Dutton really helped to make it almost painless. Sam and Oliver did a great job with the viewings, and then Lisa kept on top of the process, providing a valuable link between estate agents and solicitors, and chasing up when it was needed.
