Overall, we had a great experience with R&D and we sold our house 10 days after it was put on the market for the price we were looking to get. For those new to the process here are the key points and why we were very happy with the service that R&D provided. The end-to-end sale process consists of the a few phases: - Sale price negotiation. R&D provided an estimate which was slightly below our expectations. Oliver, who was the R&D representative on this stage was very patient, polite and was willing to try our price instead. - Advert preparation. Oliver efficiently organised this part and sent Daniel to take photos and video. Again, I cannot praise more Daniel’s professionalism and attention to details. He simple did an amazing job and all the important feature and details were captured on the photos. - Viewing arrangement – R&D has an army of sales representatives who are available up to 8.30pm in the evening to take viewing requests which was just fantastic. We had a huge demand. NOTE – I chosen to meet and greet all those coming to view the house, and this was very well received, and I would recommend any future seller to consider this. - Post offer acceptance process. At the point when house was put on the market, we were assigned a senior R&D sales representative Claudette who stayed with us till the sale process was fully completed. Claudette acted as a dedicated contact point for our case. She facilitated any communication between us, buyer, and their solicitor. She was providing regular updates on the weekly basis (sometimes even more frequently) and she kept us updated on all related matters. She was always calm, polite and well organised. The end-to-end sale process from the point of offer acceptance to the point-of-sale completion was about 13 weeks. We would like to thanks Oliver, Daniel and Claudette for making the sale process an enjoyable experience.

He is both patient and lovely to answer all my questions in addition to arranging multiple house viewings for me promptly.
