Claudette Cole is the ultimate professional, she took the time to get to know us, to ensure she could provide the best customer experience, making the whole process nice and simple, from beginning to end. Always on hand to help, and guide us through a process which could otherwise have been stressful. Claudette responded very quickly to my many questions, both by email and phone. After the first buyer pulled out, Claudette promptly found another buyer, within just 5 days. I can't thank her enough, her expertise and knowledge has been invaluable. We worked with Lisa Royle to purchase our dream home and she was beyond amazing. Lisa would respond immediately to emails, she would spot delays and sort them out as soon as she can. We had a buyer the first day the house went on the market which was brilliant. The actual completion process though was quite difficult but Claudette Cole was great and kept us informed at all stages.
