I recently got in touch with Ryder Dutton Royton to arrange a viewing for a property on Cumberland Drive. I spoke with Ammaarah, who was incredibly friendly and helpful from the outset. She answered all of my questions, got the viewing booked in quickly, and from there we decided to put in an offer. As you can imagine, this was a nerve-wracking stage, but Ammaarah really went above and beyond to guide us through the process. She was always available to answer any queries and was in constant contact with ourselves and the vendors to help the sale move forward. Working in an estate agency myself in Oldham, I understand the demands of the role and I can honestly say Ammaarah exceeded expectations throughout. Even after moving to another branch (a big loss for the Royton office!), Ammaarah continued to check in and ensure everything was progressing smoothly right up to completion.
