Communication was a bit poor at the start but once I accepted an offer and Elizabeth Powell, the Move Manager, took over the case, everything was really good. She sent me weekly updates as she was in touch with solicitors on both sides and when I couldn't get in touch with my solicitors, she got in touch with them for me. I couldn't recommend her enough!
