I have never encountered such rude sales agents. I phoned to view a property and they said they would ring me back but didn't. I rang back and was told I could join a group viewing. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the time and date so asked for another day and was refused. The agent said he wasn't wasting his time make a viewing for me when he expected to receive an offer from the group viewing. I said so what you mean is tough luck and he said yes.
