Cannot contact them by phone because no answer and they do not get back to you in regards to viewings.. Poor service

Constantly trying to get in touch multiple times for properties we were very keen on, only to get either no response, a call back within an unreasonable timeframe (i.e. after 5pm when I make contact 9/10am that same day, after I've already booked other viewings), or only a response to find out the house I was interested in and wanted to offer on was already sold. We are not even getting a chance to go view these houses when we make the initial early contact because there's just no response or sense of urgency, even though we have sold our house, are chain free and basically ready to go. Very disheartening and frustrating from a buyer's point of view.NegativeResponsiveness

Dreadful customer service. During a pandemic where the advice is to do virtual viewings if possible, many properties have no room sizes, virtual videos or floor plans on the site. Impolite staff answering telephone enquiries and, the clincher, allowing 15 minutes to view a property before the next people turn up with no cleaning done in between! Absolutely against all the guidelines. 8 couples one day every 15 minutes and 10 the following.NegativeProfessionalism

Most unprofessional service of all our local estate agents. Having bought numerous houses over the years for rent the only estate agent I haven’t managed to secure a property through is Michael Poole. In my opinion they actively encourage price wars and gazumping. Over the last 12 months I have had 3 offers on 3 separate houses accepted on the understanding that they were taken off the market, only to receive notification within a day that higher offers had been accepted and asking if we would like to increase our offers. So be careful and very cautious and don’t get over exited thinking you have secured your new dream home as there maybe a sting in the tail round the corner

Terrible estate agents. They are rude when they speak to you on the phone. They charged us for fast tracking our checks and we were last in the chain to get them back, took even longer than the standard time. Never got an apology. They do very little to actually help sell your house, there only solution is to just keep lowering the price. We asked for our house to be featured on their social media page relentlessly, to spark interest page and they couldn't be bothered. We were ignored from start to finish.
