We have used Streets ahead twice now to buy and sell and couldn't fault our experience. We have just exchanged on our house in a chain of 7 which has been incredibly stressful. If it wasn't for our estate agent Danny this exchange would not have happened. Danny goes above and beyond for his clients, even managing issues above us in the chain to ensure they are resolved swiftly. As an example on the day of exchange, someone tried to push the completion date back due to not being able to find a moving company. Danny and his team dropped everything to help find a moving company and supported the vendor above (not his client) through the process to ensure they were confident in the date of completion. He managed the entire chain and our respective solicitors to ensure the process moved forward at pace. I hope we never ever move again but if we do, I have no qualms about using Streets Ahead again.
