Sean is very helpful and is willing to go the extra mile! *edited review* I would also like to add now some time has passed since I initially left this review and I’ve spoken to other estate agent companies it’s made me realise how much of a great guy sean is, I have to say he’s absolutely a pleasure to talk to and would go extra mile for you, you don’t get any Chinese whispers or vagueness with Sean he tells you how it is and is supportive which is very rare in the estate agent business I have found (been looking to buy since nov and have dealt with several estate agents) Sean is very knowledgeable and he’s just a absolute legend.

I booked a viewing for a property and took time off work specifically to attend. I received confirmation emails and text messages confirming the date and time of the appointment. I arrived at the property as scheduled and waited approximately 15–20 minutes. When no one arrived, I attempted to contact the office by phone but received no answer. I then sent an email and was informed that the property had already been sold and that no one would be attending the viewing. I was also advised that someone should have contacted me to inform me of this, which unfortunately did not happen. This situation was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, particularly as I had taken time off work based on the confirmed appointment.
