Nova was extremely helpful in explaining the steps we’d be taking, she didn’t put any pressure on us to move forward straight away and she was very friendly!! She’d done lots of research about houses for sale similar to ours and was passionate about helping us find our next home. Even though we aren’t looking to move for a couple of years, it’s very reassuring to know we’ll be in safe hands when the time comes. Couldn’t recommend more highly!!
