Ellie was amazing from start to finish & is continuing to provide me with excellent customer service whenever I may have a query, she always provides efficient, helpful responses. Ellie understood I was looking to rent somewhere ASAP and knew I loved the house she took me to view, she was amazing helping and guiding me through the paperwork and on the ball with getting a response in order for me to be able to sign documentation and move in all within 2 weeks time! Bentons people are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. They are highly professional, polite and they went out of their way to help me as a seller. I particularly want to commend Nick Bonfield, Senior Valuer, who marketed our property superbly resulting in a fast sale. Nick Bonfield went out of his way during the initial marketing phase and even after the sale completed he helped me recover important missing post which Royal Mail failed to redirect.
