Obviously very good at her job as she pointed out all the repairs and possible replacements the house needs, I was very impressed and felt reassured that she would organise everything that needed to be done. Catherine has done a brilliant job in managing our property. She gives timely and succinct expert advice so that we can make a decision on managing the property quickly and with very little effort. In the last exit inspection report, she checked the property thoroughly, taking clear photographs throughout and, in the summary, she pointed out the main areas which needed attending to by ourselves in terms of maintenance. She automatically obtained quotes that we could consider, so we knew what the cost would be to bring the property up to scratch without wasting any time in remarketing the property, as this could potentially affect our income. We would not hesitate to recommend Catherine and all the staff at Bentons!
