Catherine has done a brilliant job in managing our property. She gives timely and succinct expert advice so that we can make a decision on managing the property quickly and with very little effort. In the last exit inspection report, she checked the property thoroughly, taking clear photographs throughout and, in the summary, she pointed out the main areas which needed attending to by ourselves in terms of maintenance.
