Really happy with the service we received throughout the whole process. The team were friendly, helpful and always kept us updated, which made what can be quite a stressful process feel much easier. What stood out was how proactive they were. They would call to check how things were progressing, make sure everything was on track and chase things up when needed, rather than us always having to get in touch ourselves. Communication was consistently good, and whenever we had a question or needed help with something, they were quick to respond and happy to help. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
