Our house was up for sale for 7 weeks with Bentons. Not once did we get any contact from them. No viewings at all even though they told us they would sell our house within 4-6 weeks. We had an open day that no one turned up for. They released us early from our contract because we were extremely dissapointed with the lack of service and communication. Would not recommend. Within 1 hour of swapping estate agents we had a viewing!!!

I had a terrible experience when I enquired if there was a neighbourhood's dispute, really cagey and refused to say if they had done any investigation of the vendors declaration. No trust in them so I couldn't risk it. Shame as it put me off the purchase. How do they care that little?
